Rosetree Wholesale Policies

Rosetree typically does not sell like items to another store in your neighborhood/town/zip code (excluding museum stores) as long as annual sales are $1000. If two stores in the same area want to sell Rosetree products that are different (i.e. stemware v. vases and bowls) we will contact both stores to make sure we're all on the same page. If a store has not ordered at least $1000 worth of product in the last 12 months and a new store in the same area requests an order, it is possible the new store may be added in for that neighborhood and the old store will be put on a waiting list.

Rosetree’s initial minimum order is $200. There is never a minimum on reorders. Initial orders must be paid pro forma or with credit card (payments are processed when the order ships). Net 30 is made available for reorders. We always call before shipping and if a store wishes to use a credit card the number can be given to us at that time and will be shredded after it is run. Past due accounts are subject to 2% interest rate per month from the due date. Chronically late accounts may revert back to pro forma or credit card run before shipment.

Shipping times vary with the season. Please allow 2-3 weeks for most orders. Shipping may take longer during the holiday seasons. Rosetree ships via UPS. Shipping charges are based on the size of the boxes and are calculated when the order is packed. We do not profit from shipping but charge directly what our discounted UPS program charges us.
